Drawing from ancient texts such as the Yoga Sutras, Ayurvedic principles, and Hatha Yoga Pradipika, yoga therapy supports your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Asana Chakitsa, or Yoga Therapy, blends these practices into a personalized approach that helps you cultivate balance, deepen self-awareness, and navigate life with greater ease and resilience.

Investment

I offer a sliding scale of $75–$150 per session based on financial need, with the intention of making this work as accessible as possible while honoring the value of my time and expertise.

While you're welcome to book a single session, most clients benefit from beginning with a series of five sessions, allowing us to build consistency and work toward your goals over time.

In-Home Sessions

Available throughout Orange, Ulster, and Dutchess Counties.

Travel outside my primary service area may be available by request. A travel fee may apply for locations beyond my standard service area.

Virtual Sessions

Available via Zoom throughout the U.S.

What to expect:

  • Discussion: We’ll begin each session by understanding your current state and needs, creating a space for open dialogue and reflection. We will also discuss any relevant Yoga Philosophy to help you on your journey.

  • Movement: Through intentional, accessible movement, we’ll release tension, build strength, and improve mobility. With your consent, I may incorporate gentle, intentional touch to support proprioceptive awareness, helping you develop a deeper connection to your body and movement.

  • Restorative Yoga: Experience the profound relaxation that comes from fully supported poses, designed to restore both body and mind. With your consent, I may incorporate gentle, intentional touch to provide grounding & support and enhance self-awareness, emotional awareness, and connection to your practice.

  • Breathwork: Learn to use your breath to harness and direct your energy, enabling you to find balance, preserve energy, or uplift your vitality. By controlling your breath, you can enhance your resilience. These practices empowers you to take charge of your energy and well-being, instead of being influenced by external stresses.

  • Meditation: Discover practices that cultivate mindfulness, self-compassions and inner peace, offering a refuge from the demands of daily life.

This work extends beyond our time together. You’ll leave with practical tools that integrate seamlessly into your daily life, helping you navigate challenges with greater ease, resilience, and a deeper sense of balance.
