Immerse yourself in restorative shapes and experience deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra, a meditation practice designed to guide the mind and body into a profoundly restful state. Class will begin with 30 minutes of gentle restorative poses, allowing you to settle, release tension, and prepare your body for stillness. We will move into our final restorative shape and transition into 30 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra, where you can fully surrender, quiet the mind, and restore energy on a deep, holistic level.
